<br />t1 EMIL SCHAAF AND BEVERLY SCHAAF, husband and wife, each in
<br />his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called
<br />the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR
<br />($1.00) AND SEVERANCE OF JOINT TENANCY received from Grantees, do
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto EMIL SCHAAF
<br />AND BEVERLY SCHAAF, husband and wife, as tenants in common, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TRACT TWO: Lots Three (3) and Four (4), and the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NW�aSW�-4) of Section Twenty -two (22) ; and Lot
<br />One (1) on Island, in Section Twenty -seven
<br />(27), all in Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hail
<br />County, Nebraska, containing 138 acres, more
<br />or less, except for that portion thereof
<br />conveyed to Robert P. Sorensen and Geraldine
<br />G. Sorensen which is described upon the
<br />Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded as
