<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JOHN T. KLUSKA
<br />AND KATHRYN A. KLUSKA, JOINT WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, to
<br />DOUGLAS W. HAND, Attorney -at -Law, as Trustee for the benefit of UNIVERSITY OF
<br />NEBRASKA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, the Beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY
<br />31, 2000 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of LANCASTER COUNTY,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200001316 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by it's
<br />endorsement below; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
