DEED OF RECONVEYANCE CO
<br />WHEREAS, The undersigned, STEFFI A. SWANSON, of 1308
<br />Galvin Road South, Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed dated November 1, 2000, executed by Stanley
<br />Wright and Mary Ellen Wright, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in
<br />which Wells Fargo Financial Nebraska, Inc., is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as substituted Trustee, and
<br />recorded November 9, 2000, as Document No. 200009818 of Trust
<br />Deeds, in the offices of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from Mortgage Electronic Registration,
<br />Systems, Inc. acting as nominee for Household Finance Corporation,
<br />the Beneficiary by assignment under such Trust Deed, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust
<br />Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, for cancellation.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto the estate now held by him under such
<br />Trust Deed and legally described as:
<br />Lot 1, Block 3, University Place, City of Grand Island
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
