<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor "), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Juan M. Garcia and Carmen Medrano, husband and wife, (hereinafter called "Grantee"), whether one
<br />or more, the following described property described as follows:
<br />Lot One Hundred Thirty -Two (132), except the North One Foot (1') thereof, in West
<br />Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
