<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DARYL G KELLEY, AN
<br />UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as
<br />Trustee, for benefit of Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Beneficiary,
<br />dated OCTOBER 8, 1999 and recorded in the officer of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 99 109882, has been paid, and the Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
