A story and a half or two story dwelling shall have not less than 1200 <br />square feet of group floor area No basement houses shall be permitted. In <br />determining the amount of square footage, all open porches and attached garages <br />shall be excluded from such computation. All dwellings shall have an exterior <br />appearance and elevation in keeping with the native and natural surroundings. <br />All construction shall comply with the building codes of the City of Grand Island. <br />4.
