<br />point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 5; thence running Southeasterly along the
<br />Northeasterly line of Lot 5, a distance of 54.1 Feet to the point of beginning and
<br />containing 2,361.81 square feet, more or less: all in Block One (1) in Kay -Dee
<br />Subdivision of a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4SW1 /4)
<br />of Section Twenty -one (21) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES
<br />that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons.
