<br />Alimony payments coming out of a decree of dissolution of marriage between Gerald T. Williams and Debra L.
<br />Williams filed at Case No. C197- 9000347 on the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Three (3), Normandy Estates an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />WHICH said instrument mentioned above was in the original amount of $838.00 for Child Support and $1,000.00
<br />per month Alimony. The divorce decree was recorded on the 18th day of December, 1997, as Case No. C 197-
<br />9000347 of the records of HALL, NE and,
<br />WHEREAS, Gerald T. Williams and Debra L. Williams will or has secured a loan of $90,000.00 from America's
<br />MoneyLine whi h loan is secured by a Deed of Trust on the above described real estate and
<br />WHEREAS, Debra L. Williams desires to subordinate its security position mentioned above to the mortgage of
<br />America's MoneyLine.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the making of the loan by America's MoneyLine as
<br />aforesaid, and for other valuable consideration, the undersigned does hereby subordinate its security instrument,
<br />hereina�ove referred to, to the mortgage in favor America's moneyLine on the above described real estate, dated the
