KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Clarks, Beneficiary, and recorded June 30, 2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200406457 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said
<br />Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
