<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Charles R. Maser, of 220 Oxnard Avenue, City of Grand
<br />Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is successor trustee under the trust deed, dated December
<br />20, 2000, executed by Denise D. Hesnault and Dion L. Hesnault, wife and husband, as trustors, and
<br />in which Doyle L. Brundage and Peggy Brundage, husband and wife; and Darrel E. Brundage and
<br />Yvonne Brundage, husband and wife; and Sherryl A. Saathoff and Larry Saathoff, wife and husband,
<br />are named as beneficiaries and Michael L. Offner, Attorney at Law, was named as trustee, which
<br />document is recorded on Document No. 200010985, in the office of the Registrar of Deeds Office
<br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, which substitution of trustee was filed on November 5, 2002,
<br />Document No. 200212205; said successor trustee has received from the beneficiaries under such trust
<br />deed, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been paid
<br />in full and that such trust deed and the note secured by the trust deed have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Four (4), in the Third Addition to
<br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Now therefore in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto the estate now held by it under such trust deed.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on this 2nd day of September, 2004.
