<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of August, 2004, Manufacturers & Traders Trust
<br />Company, One M &T Plaza, Buffalo, NY 14203 -2399, Trustee for Securitization Series 1998 -3, Agreement
<br />dated 09- 01 -98, by and through its loan servicing agent Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., f/k/a Fairbanks Capital
<br />Corp., as plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Steven E.
<br />Goosic, Linda Goosic, and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names unknown, as defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Steven E. Goosic
<br />and Linda Goosic, husband and wife, to Sandra M. Koenig, as Trustee, for the benefit of North American
<br />Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described
<br />of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such
<br />deed of trust is dated June 23, 1998, and was recorded June 23, 1998, as Instrument Number 98- 106058 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) IN BLOCK ELEVEN (11) IN H.G. CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to ContiMortgage Corporation by written
<br />assignment recorded on April 22, 1999, as Instrument Number 99- 104133 of the Mortgage Records of such
<br />County; and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to plaintiff by written assignment
