<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, Helene Peterson, a single person, does hereby grant, sell, transfer, and
<br />deliver unto Ernest W. Peterson, as Trustee of the Helene Peterson Revocable Trust dated
<br />April 30, 2004, personal property described as leasehold improvements, leasehold rights
<br />to, and the home located on Lot Eighteen (18), located on the east side of the west lake
<br />of Kuester Lake, being part of the East One Half of the Southwest One Quarter (EY2 SWY4)
<br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said property is transferred "as is, where is" without warranty other
<br />than of title.
<br />To have and to hold, all and singular, the personal property above described
<br />forever, and the said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is the
<br />lawful owner of said personal property; that said personal property is free from all
<br />encumbrance; that Grantor has good right to sell the same as aforesaid and that Grantor
<br />will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
<br />whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set her hand this � day
