Jean Boeve, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, C Nebraska, on Instrument #200406913 on the day of July 14, 2004, and WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows: Lot Eighteen (18) in Bishop Heights Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
