<br />GRAND ISLAND AREA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, herein called the Grantor, for and in °
<br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) received from
<br />Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto HOCH,
<br />INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Platte Valley Industrial Park Fourth
<br />Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantor hereby covenants with the said
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantor
<br />is lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance, except unpaid assessments, easements and
<br />restrictions of record; and that Grantor has good right and
<br />lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantor hereby covenants
<br />to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons claiming the same or any part
<br />thereof through, by or under Grantor. And the said Grantor
<br />hereby relinquishes all right, title, claim and interest in and
<br />to the above described premises.
