<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Alonso R.
<br />Jacobo and Adriana J. Jacobo, as Husband and Wife, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated May 5,2001 and recorded
<br />May 29, 2001, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Document #200105005 has been partially paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in
<br />writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
