<br />I, Harold G. Day, of 2519 West Forrest Street, Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, make, constitute and appoint my wife, Evalene A.
<br />Day, of 2519 ;lest Forrest Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />my true and lawful attorney, in fact for me and in my name, place and
<br />stead, on my behalf, and for my use and benefit:
<br />1. To deposit in my name and for my account with any bank, trust
<br />company, or other financial institution all moneys payable or belong-
<br />ing to me, including checks, drafts, notes, bills of exchange and all
<br />other commercial instruments, and-for that purpose to sign my name and
<br />endorse all documents for deposit or collection or any other purpose
<br />deemed necessary by my attorney in fact.
<br />2. To withdraw all moneys deposited with any bank, trust company, and
<br />other financial institutions having moneys belonging to me and for
<br />that purpose to draw checks in my name, sign withdrawal slips and
<br />execute any other instruments necessary for withdrawing moneys belonging
<br />to me.
<br />3. To sell, transfer, exchange, mortgage, encumber by security agree-
<br />ment, mortgage or any other form of encumbrance, or otherwise dispose
<br />of or encumber any of my property, including real estate and personal
<br />property, and to execute and deliver deeds, including deeds of war-
<br />ranty, contracts, bills of sale, mortgages, security agreements and
<br />other documents necessary to act in carrying out these powers.
<br />4. To rent, repair, maintain and insure real estate and personal
<br />property.
<br />5. To collect, sue, compromise or otherwise dispose of any claim or
<br />debt due or payable to me, and to pay, compromise or other -dise discharge
<br />and secure releases from any obligations or claims owed to me.
<br />6. To hold, manage, invest, reinvest, trade, exchange, buy and sell
<br />investment securities now owned by me or acquired later by my attorney
<br />in fact for me.
<br />7. To lease, rent, manage, terminate leases, contract as to, and
<br />generally deal in and use all of my real estate and interests in real
<br />estate, upon covenants, conditions, terms and provisions my attorney
<br />in fact shall determine, in the sole discretion of my attorney in fact
<br />for my best interests, receive and collect all rents and all other i
<br />amounts due me as security for the faithful performance of leases and t
<br />all rents due and payable to me, and execute all necessary documents, i
<br />notices, receipts and other papers pertaining to my real estate.
<br />B. To exercise or perform any act, power, duty, right or obligation
<br />whatsoever that I now have, or may hereafter acquire the legal right, t
<br />power, or capacity to exercise or perform, in connection with, arising
<br />from, or relating to any person, item, transaction, thing, business
<br />property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, or matter whatsoever.
<br />This Power of Attorney shall not be affected by my disability as
<br />principal. I reserve the right to revoke this Power of Attorney in
<br />writing.
<br />A photocopy of this Power of Attorney has the same force and
<br />effect as the original signed and acknowledged by me.
