<br />That certain Deed of Trust to WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION successor to NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, TRUSTEE, as a result of a merger and name change given by GRAND ISLAND AREA ECONOMIC
<br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, TRUSTOR, Which is recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 200000096, does hereby release and discharge from the lien of said Deed of Trust, that part of the property conveyed
<br />therein and described as follows:
<br />The Easterly One Hundred Twenty Five (125) Feet of Lot Two (2), Platte Valley Industrial Park
<br />Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />But said Deed of Trust shall be and remain in full force and effect with respect to the property therein conveyed except such part thereof
<br />above described which is herein specifically released.
