The Assignment <br />was recorded October 2, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0200008184. <br />Hereinafter the Trustee, Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, will be referred to <br />as GRANTOR. <br />The GRANTOR in consideration of Sixty -Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty -Seven <br />Dollars and Eighty -Nine Cents ($68,627.89) and other valuable consideration received from <br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage <br />Corporation, hereinafter GRANTEE, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, cor.vcy and confirm unto <br />GRANTEE the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land 100 feet by 140 feet in size, situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of <br />the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of <br />Syria Street of the First Addition to the Village of Cairo, as shown by the recorded Plat <br />thereof and the West line of High Street, if extended South; running thence South on the <br />West line of High Street, if so extended, a distance of 100 feet; running thence West on a <br />line parallel to the South line of Syria Street a distance of 140 feet, thence North on the <br />line parallel to the West line of High Street, if so extended, a distance of 100 feet, to the <br />South line of Syria Street; thence running East on the South line of Syria Street 140 feet <br />to the point of commencement <br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to the GRANTEE'S successors and assigns <br />forever. <br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the GRANTEE'S successors <br />ane assigns: <br />(1) That Steven E. Within ten (10) days <br />thereafter, a copy of the recorded Notice of Default was mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid, to all <br />parties entitled to notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb.
