<br />Patricia Shriner, Guardian /Conservator of Laura M. Walter, a /k/a Laura Marie
<br />Walter, an incapacitated person, Grantor, pursuant to a Court Order dated June 3, 2004,
<br />in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of One Dollar and Other
<br />Good and Valuable Consideration, received from Grantees, Jose Villegas and Dolores
<br />Villegas, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, conveys to
<br />Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />The South Twenty and One -half Feet (20 Y2) of Lot Eight (8), and all of Lot
<br />Ten (10), Block One (1), in College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same.
