LEE SCHLICHTEMEIER is Plaintiff, and TRI -CITY WHOLESALE, INC., et al. are <br />Defendants, <br />the undersigned, Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, was commanded to sell the real estate <br />hereinafter described at public sale in the event redemption was not made as provided by said <br />Decree; and <br />WHEREAS, no redemption having been made, the undersigned proceeded to sell the real <br />estate hereinafter described at public sale to the grantee hereinafter named, and <br />WHEREAS, said sale was confirmed by Order of the Court on the 26th day of August, 2004, <br />and the undersigned ordered and directed to convey the real estate hereinafter described to the <br />purchaser. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $4,190, bid and paid by the grantee, the <br />undersigned does hereby grant, sell, and convey to the said A.
