<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 29, 1994, executed by Ryan D. Crouch and Lisa A. Crouch, husband and wife,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument #94- 103563 on
<br />the 29th day of April, 1994, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Five (5), in Dill and Huston's Addition to the City of Grand Island, and part of
<br />platted Beta Street, vacated by Ordinance No. 4932 of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being the East
<br />Twenty -five (25) feet of the North One Hundred Twenty (120) feet of said Beta Street, adjacent to and
<br />lying South from the South Line of Eleventh (I Vh) Street, all in Dill and Huston's Addition in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 27th day of August, 2004.
