<br />sworn upon oath, deposes and states that he /she knows of his /her own personal
<br />knowledge:
<br />That he /she is one of the owners of record and present title holders in fee simple of the
<br />real estate legally described as:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (1), Three (3) and Four (4), Block Five (5), Arnold and AbboWs Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying north of the northerly Union Pacific Railroad
<br />Right of Way Line, All of Lot Four (4), Block Fifteen (15), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and all of the Easterly Half of vacated Adams Street lying west of and
<br />adjacent to the above tract, and lying north of said northerly railroad right of way line, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />That he /she is in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and
<br />the whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and
<br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of
<br />more than Eighteen (18) years last past, and that during that time title to said premises
<br />has never been disputed.
<br />That he /she made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska
<br />"Marketable Title Act", being Section 76 -288 to Section 76 -298 inclusive, of the revised
<br />Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986.
<br />Further affiant saith not.
