<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, `\S�
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 21, 1999 executed by Justin P Pfenning and Valerie S
<br />Pfenning, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the C
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0099110280, on the 22nd day of October, 1999,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK SEVEN (7), SOUTH GRAND ISLAND, AN ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 27th day of August, 2004.
