<br />rJ WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 21, 2002 and June 15, 2000, and executed by Norman J
<br />o� Hayes and Cherlyn J Hayes, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />JBeneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on March 27, 2002 and June 20, 2000, as
<br />Instrument No. 200203266 and 200004996, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block One (1) in Wieser Subdivision, being a part of the W1/2 SW1 /4, Section 2,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the a P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 18th day of August, 2004.
