<br />TREASURER'S TAX DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That whereas, at the sale of delinquent real estate taxes, made in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 8"'
<br />day of March 2001, the following described real estate situated in said county, to wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One Hundred Thirty -Three (133), Union Pacific Railway Company
<br />Second Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; (409 East 9th - Parcel 400097354)
<br />Was sold for delinquent taxes for the years 1985 through 1999 and subsequent tax for 2000 through
<br />2002 on County Treasurer's Certificate of Tax Sale No. 20010261 to PTLJ Corporation.
<br />AND, WHEREAS, The same not having been redeemed from such sale, and it appearing that the
<br />holder of the certificate of purchase of said real estate has complied with the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, necessary to entitle PTLJ CORPORATION to a deed of said real estate:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br />premises, wand by virtue of the statutes of tbe. State of Nebrask�i in such cases made and provided, do
<br />hereby GRANT AND CONVEY unto PTLJ CORPORATION, his heirs and assigns, forever, the
<br />said real estate herein before described, subject, however, to any redemption provided by law.
