TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Edward G. Vasquez and Onilee H. Vasquez, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, did on or about October 25, 2002, make, execute and deliver to Doug Hand, as Trustee, a Deed
<br />of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"Lot Three (3), Block Thirty eight (38) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from American General Financial
<br />Services, Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on October 28, 2002
<br />as Instrument No. 0200211726, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on December 26, 2003 through July 26, 2004,
<br />together with interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
