<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
<br />You are hereby notified that J. Reyes Nuno Lopez, a single person, Trustor, did on or about June
<br />4, 2002, make, execute and deliver to Doug Hand, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor
<br />conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"Lot One (1) and the Easterly Twelve (12) feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Twenty-eight (28), in
<br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from American General Finance, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on June 5, 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />0200206015, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on September 15, 2003 through August 15, 2004, together with
<br />interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
