<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JOHN D GOERING AND KATHLEEN F GOERING. A/K/A KATHLEEN FOWLES
<br />GOERING, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 4, 2003 and recorded DECEMBER 11, 2003 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200315921 has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOTS (6) AND SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK THIRTY -TWO (32) PARTLY IN CHARLES
<br />WASMER'S ADDITION AND PARTLY IN CHARLES WASMER'S SECOND ADDITION
<br />BOTH BEING ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
