<br />Valuable Consideration received from GRANTEE, WILLIAM R. SCHUMM AND NANCY E.
<br />SCHUMM, HUSBAND AND WIFE as joint tenants and not as tenants in
<br />common, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />LOT ONE (1), BUTTERFLY SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same.
