<br />On or about November 10, 1994, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br />The Assignment was recorded November 10, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 94- 109096. Said Assignment was rerecorded on December 5, 1994, as Instrument No. 94- 109643.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
