<br />To Whom it May Concern:
<br />Whereas, Robert Hindman and Katherine Ann Hindman Husband and Wife as
<br />Joint Tenants, Trustors, on the 17th day of June, 2002, made, executed and delivered to
<br />Nebraska State Bank of Omaha, a Deed of Trust covering the following property:
<br />Lot One(1), in Block Three (3), in Kay -Dee Subdivision, in the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Whereas, said Deed of Trust was recorded on July 1 st , 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />0200206931 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Whereas a breach if the following obligation of the Trustors for which said Deed
<br />of Trust was made has occurred to wit:
<br />Trustors have failed to pay amounts due per terms of said Deed of Trust and as of
<br />this date there is due and owing on. the Noe Nvh ;ch i.s. sPcured-by said Deed of Trust. This
<br />Notice of default may be cured or terminated if Trustors pay all delinquent amounts of
<br />Principal, Interest, recording fees and late charges, if any, within thirty (30) days from the
<br />recording date of this notice.
<br />Therefore, Notice is hereby given that the undersigned as Trustee and Beneficiary
<br />has elected to consider all of the principal and interest due and consequences of said
<br />default and has elected to sell real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy the
<br />obligation.
