<br />For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by

<br />Margarito Cabrales and Maria Haydee Cabrales, Husband and Wife, Trustors to First State Bank as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of the Beneficiary, dated July 18, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200005819, on July 18, 2000,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
