TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Craig E. Scarborough, a single person, Trustor, did on or about
<br />March 14, 2000, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of
<br />Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"Lot Four (4), Block Twenty -six (26), Gilbert's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Associates First Capital Corporation,
<br />a Delaware corporatiaon (successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial Services Company,
<br />Inc., successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial Services Company of Nebraska, Inc.),
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on March 15, 2000 as Instrument
<br />No. 0200002050, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on April 1, 2004 through August 1, 2004, together with interest
<br />accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
