<br />WHEREAS, CorTrust Mortgage, Inc., by and through J. VanOverschelde, it's authorized officer, as
<br />trustee under the trust deed dated: August 2, 2002, executed by JERRY A. MORK and RITA A. MORK
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor in which CorTrust Bank, N.A. is named as beneficiary, and said
<br />CorTrust Mortgage, Inc., as trustee, and recorded on. August 6, 2002 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, 2:02 P. M. entered as Instrument No. 200208214, has received
<br />from CorTrust Bank N.A. the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through it's authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely:JERRY AND RITA MORK, the estate now held by it
<br />thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT TWENTY (20), JEFFREY OAKS SIXTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
