<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6`h P.M. lying south of CB &Q Railroad right -of-
<br />way, except a tract of land 165 feet wide east and west by 264 feet long north and south conveyed
<br />by the Lincoln Company to School District No. 54 of Hall County by Deed dated December 30,
<br />1888.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
