<br />and Julie A. Longfellow as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated February 25, 2002, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number
<br />0200202125 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
