DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by J. Paul
<br />Meyer and Cynthia M Meyer, as Husband and Wife, to HERITAGE BANK f /k/a Bank of Wood
<br />River, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK f/k/a Bank of Wood River, the Beneficiary
<br />named herein, dated April 4, 1999, and recorded April 29, 1999, in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Nebraska, Document #99- 104447 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of lot eight (8), Block One (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates Third
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOEGTHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
