<br />That GRANTORS, OMAR D. BOSHART and MERNA BOSHART, Husband and Wife,
<br />in consideration of the sum of $1.00, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt.of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaim and convey to OMAR D. BOSHART and MERNA
<br />BOSHART, as Co- Trustees of the Boshart Family Joint Revocable Trust, GRANTEE, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -201) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />County, Nebraska, excepting those portions thereof conveyed to the County of
<br />Hall by Deed recorded in Book 78, Pages 256 and 306, respectively and to the
<br />State of Nebraska by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 119, Page 485.
