<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Thomas C. Huston is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated April 14, 2004,
<br />"Deed of Trust ") executed by Larson Construction, Inc., as Grantor, for the benefit of Little B's
<br />Corporation, a Nebraska corporation, as the Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded on April
<br />15, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200403700 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, Little B's Corporation, has requested a reconveyance of
<br />the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto;.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot 15, Summerfield Estates 3rd Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
