TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GLEN D LARSEN AND ALICE M LARSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated OCTOBER 10, 2002
<br />and recorded OCTOBER 29, 2402 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200211740 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE SOUTHERLY HALF (S1/2) OF LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5) IN BLOCK FORTY -
<br />FOUR (44) IN RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA BEING A RECTANGULAR TRACT OF GROUND HAVING
<br />A WESTERLY FRONTAGE OF SIXTY -SIX (66) FEET ON CEDAR STREET IN SAID CITY
<br />AND A DEPTH OF ONE HUNDRED FIVE AND SIX TENTHS (105.6) FEET AND
<br />BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE ALLEY IN SAID BLOCK.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
