<br />JAMES A. WILLMAN and WENDY L. WILLMAN, husband and wife, herein called the O
<br />grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage, does % D
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JAMES A. WILLMAN, herein called the grantee,
<br />whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), except the West Seven Feet One Inch (71 ") of
<br />Lots Four (4), and Five (5) condemned for the use of the City of Grand Island and a
<br />tract of land comprising a part of Lot 6, Block 110, Railroad Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Said Lot 6, thence going northeasterly along
<br />the northwest line of said Lot 6, a distance of forty -one and thirty -nine hundredths
<br />(41.39) feet; thence going southeasterly to a point on the southeasterly line of said
<br />Lot 6, said point being forty -one and eighty -three hundredths (41.83) feet northeast
<br />of the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence going southwesterly along the
<br />southeasterly line of said Lot 6, a distance of forty -one and eighty -three hundredths
<br />(41.83) feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence going northwesterly along
<br />the southwest line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
