<br />A tract of land in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at a point where the West line of the County Road running North and
<br />South through the SW' /a and the Southerly part of the NW' /a of Section 21, in Township 11
<br />North, Range 9, West of the 6" P.M., intersects with the South line of Anna Street in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, running thence Southwesterly along the Southerly line of
<br />Anna Street, about 248 feet, to the Westerly line of Logan Street about 521 feet to a point
<br />where said line intersects the West line of said County Road, thence North along the West
<br />line of said County Road to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom that part thereof
<br />conveyed to Gordon Shattuck, by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 83 at Page 125 of the
<br />Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: All of a tract of land
<br />commencing at a point where the West line of the County Road runs North and South
<br />through the SW' /v and Southerly part of the NW' /4 of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range
<br />9, West of the 6`b P.M., intersects the South line of Anna Street in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, running thence Southwest along the Southerly line of said Anna Street 130 feet
<br />thence Southerly at a right angle to the South line of Anna Street 132 feet, thence
<br />Northeasterly at a right angle and on a line parallel with the South line of Anna Street 50
<br />feet to the intersection of the West line of the above described County Road, thence
<br />Northeasterly 149.4 feet along the West line of the above described County Road to the
<br />place of beginning, and excluding that portion of said tract conveyed by deed shown in
<br />Deeds in Book 111 at Page 255 of the Hall County Deeds Records under date of July 31,
<br />1954 and with Thomas F. and Bertha J. Kinman, as the grantees.
