<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Mark D. Hemmingsen and
<br />Sharon A. Hemmingsen, wife and husband, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 3, 2003 and recorded December 9, 2003 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200315840 in the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot One (1) of Wayne Binfield Subdivision recorded November 21, 2003, as Instrument #200315303, records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, being a tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SEI /4) of Section One (1), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
