<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Tom J Jensen and
<br />Lorretta J Jensen as Trustor to John R Brownell as Trustee for the benefit of Superior Mortgage, Inc., the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated September 18. 1985, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 85- 004567 and Beneficial Interest in
<br />said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number
<br />85- 004568 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
