<br />and Donna L. Beisner, as husband and wife as Trustor to Five Points Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Five
<br />Points Bank the beneficiary named therein, dated October 7, 1985, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 85- 004956 and Beneficial
<br />Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly
<br />known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 85- 004957 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the person or
