KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by James B Wagner and Mary E Wagner, husband and wife, as Trustor,
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 23rd day of
<br />October, 2003 and recorded on the 29th day of October, 2003, at the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska at Inst. No. 0200314324, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
