<br />Robert E. Layher and Zeta M. Layher, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of love and affection received from
<br />GRANTEES, Robert E. Layher and Zeta M. Layher, husband and wife, ON
<br />convey to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, �

<br />of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 2003, situated in Hall

<br />Northerly Fifty -Six and Three Tenths Feet (56.3' ) of Lot
<br />Ten (10), in Block Forty -Eight (48), in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska:
<br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />easements of record, visible easements and zoning laws, rules and
<br />regulations.
<br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEES, as
<br />follows:
<br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the real
<br />estate is free from encumbrances;
<br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />real estate to GRANTEES; and
<br />3. GRANTORS warrant and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
