<br />Myron Manning (aka Myron J. Manning) and Kathryn Manning (aka Kathryn E. Manning), Husband and Wife
<br />Trustors to First State Bank as Trustee for the benefit of the Beneficiary, dated June 26, 1992, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Doc. No. 92- 106331 on July 21, 1992, has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
<br />Trust in the following:
