<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD),
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on May 17, 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />0200205318, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on March 17, 2004 through July 17, 2004, together with interest
<br />accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to
<br />satisfy said obligation.
