<br />The undersigned Trustor, being the same Trustor about to execute the Deed of
<br />Trust, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing of which this Preface is a part, in respect to that real estate
<br />described as:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section Three, Township Eleven North, Range Eleven West of the Sixth
<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 177, Page 525.
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter in Section Twenty -six, Township Twelve North, Range Eleven
<br />West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT tracts of land more particularly
<br />described in Deeds recorded in Book 4, Page 193; in Book 83, Page 636; as Document No. 97- 108872
<br />and as Document No. 83- 005823,
<br />hereby acknowledges:
<br />1. No part of Trustor's homestead is presently, or in the future will be, situated upon the
<br />real estate described in the Deed of Trust.
<br />2. The Trustor understands that if Trustor establishes a homestead on any part of the
<br />real estate described in the Deed of Trust during the time the Deed of Trust remains
<br />unsatisfied and a lien upon such real estate, there shall be no right to make a designation
<br />of homestead in the event of a foreclosure or trustee's sale upon such Deed of Trust.
